载歌载舞是中国戏曲的特点。的确,在戏曲当中保存着极为丰富的中国古代的舞蹈艺术。天衣无缝的融化在表演动作里面,随着剧情和人物性格灵活地加以运用,从不为舞蹈而舞蹈,所以显得极其自如。有人认为戏曲的动作不能算是舞蹈,但事实胜于雄辩,戏曲的根深是歌剧,尽管我们在京剧当中,成套的单独表演舞蹈不多,就是跟剧情相结合的舞蹈动作,它那鲜明的节奏,优雅的韵律,健康美丽的线条,强大的表现力,显然看的出中国古典舞蹈特有的风格。把生活当中的动态加工提炼,使其美化,舞蹈化,来表现艺术的真实,不为舞蹈而舞蹈,这是中国戏曲的一个特征。
