材料与方法 EHF重、危型31例少尿期的诊断与分型是根据全国EHF临床诊断和分型标准为依据,病例中如无明显心脏受累或心电图检查正常者,少尿期只作一次检查,凡有明显心脏受累或心电图异常看,一般1日1次心电图记录,对严重改变者随时记录,直到正常。 临床资料 31例病例中,男25人,女6人。18～30岁7人,31～40岁4人,41～50岁7人,51～60岁5人,61～73岁8人,重型16人,危重型15人。
