本刊讯(记者周丹)哈尔滨医科大学第一临床医学院张大昕教授将分子生物学PCR法成功应用于肿瘤病人循环血中的癌细胞检测,在临床应用中取得了显著效果。此研究突破了免疫共沉淀方法或脱落细胞学方法等传统检测方式,以其定量、方便、敏感性和特有性高等优点,为广大肿瘤患者带来了福音。目前世界上针对肿瘤的治疗主要有手术、放化疗以及免疫治疗等方法,这些治疗都是以最大限度的清除人体
This issue (Reporter Zhou Dan) Professor Zhang Dazhao of the First Clinical Medical College of Harbin Medical University applied the molecular biology PCR method to the detection of cancer cells in circulating blood of cancer patients, and achieved remarkable results in clinical application. This research has broken through the traditional detection methods such as co-immunoprecipitation or exfoliative cytology methods, and has brought good news for patients with tumors because of its advantages in quantitative, convenience, sensitivity, and uniqueness. At present, the treatment of tumors in the world mainly includes surgery, radiotherapy and chemotherapy, and immunotherapy. These treatments are to remove human body to the maximum extent possible.
