研究目的是确定用硅胶环或弹簧夹输卵管绝育后再妊娠的危险因素。用这两种方法绝育最早在1979年,参加妇女年龄在18～44岁,手术在美国9个城市的医学中心施行。绝育前询问病史及记录手术步骤,并电话随访在绝育后1个月、1年及5年,但1978～1983年绝育者只在8～14年随访1次。随访是否妊娠并由超声、病理检查确定宫内或宫外孕,也须确定是否绝育前黄体期受孕而在绝育后发现。
The purpose of the study was to determine the risk factors for pregnancy after tubal sterilization with a silicone ring or spring clip. Both methods of sterilization were first practiced in 1979, with participation of women aged 18-44 years and surgery in medical centers in nine U.S. cities. Before sterilization, medical history and surgical procedures were recorded and telephone follow-up was 1 month, 1 year and 5 years after sterilization. However, the sterilizers were only followed up for 8 to 14 years from 1978 to 1983. Follow-up is pregnant and by ultrasound, pathological examination to determine intrauterine or ectopic pregnancy, but also to determine whether the pre-sterilization luteal phase pregnancy and found after sterilization.
