It has been reported that the peanut mottle virus (PMV) is the most common peanut disease that occurs in all countries of the world today. Affected by the PMV infested peanut systemic mottled mosaic, dwarf in severe whole plant, has a significant impact on the yield of peanuts. In addition, PMV infection of peanuts, soybeans, the two crops, seed oil fatty acids and amino acids have been reported. According to Tansich et al. Reported in 1975 that soybean virus disease (including PMV infection) had a significant effect on fatty acids in soybean kernels. In 1979, Havis et al. Reported that PMV was the most affected on peanut kernel linoleic acid after inoculation of three peanut germ with high resistance, mid-resistance and susceptibility, and had the least impact on total amino acids.
