新中国成立以后逐步建立起来的中国社会保障制度,对于社会主义制度的巩固、发展与稳定,发挥着重大的积极作用,但也存在着一些弊端,这些弊端使社会保障作为稳定社会的功能,受到了很大程度的局限和削弱。因此,对于社会保障制度的改革便成了亟待解决的问题。文章从传统体制下社会保障制度的特点和弊端入手,对我国现阶段社会保障制度改革进行了深入思考,并提出了改革方向和建议以供其借鉴或参考。
The social security system gradually established after the founding of new China has played a significant positive role in consolidating, developing and stabilizing the socialist system. However, there are also some drawbacks. These drawbacks make social security as a function of social stability, A great deal of limitations and weaknesses. Therefore, the reform of the social security system has become an urgent issue. Starting with the characteristics and disadvantages of the social security system under the traditional system, the article deeply pondered the reform of the social security system in our country and put forward the reform direction and suggestions for reference.
