本文用间接免疫酶标法,以CD_(16)、CD_(57)单克隆抗体检测了小清河污灌区儿童外周血NK细胞的数量。结果发现CD_(16)阳性率为5.12%,CD_(57)阳性率为5.96%,与对照区儿童比较,CD_(16)X ̄2=25.95,P<0.005,CD_(57)X ̄2=83.80,P<0.005。说明小清河污灌区儿童外周血细胞中NK细胞数量显著低于对照区儿童,其功能也受到抑制。
In this paper, indirect immunoenzyme method was used to detect the number of NK cells in peripheral blood of children in sewage irrigation area of Xiaoqing River by CD_ (16) and CD_ (57) monoclonal antibodies. The positive rate of CD_ (16) was 5.12% and the positive rate of CD_ (57) was 5.96%. CD_ (16) X ~ 2 = 25.95, P <0.005, CD_ (57) X ~ 2 = 83.80, P <0.005. The results showed that the number of NK cells in the peripheral blood cells of children in the sewage treatment area was significantly lower than that in the control area, and its function was also inhibited.
