听力教学作为英语教学的重点教学内容,教学中存在一些难点,在听力课时有限及没有语言环境的前提下,掌握巩固听力技能的重点难点存在难题。所以在课余时间丰富英语活动,为学生创造语言环境就变得尤为必要。近年来,全国各级学校相继举办校园英语文化节,活动内容以英语演讲比赛、英语话剧表演和英语电影赏析为主,在某种程度上能够调动学生的积极性和主动性,寓教于乐,丰富学生校园生活,但由于举办过程中的人力和物力的局限性,使很多学校的英语文化节内容缺乏创新,不能融入学生日常学习和生活,不能够真正使英语文化节成为英语课堂教学的延伸,本文旨在探讨如何通过丰富文化节的内容从而提高学生英语听力理解能力,促进英语听力课堂教学。
