三容水箱常用于模拟工业过程中对液位、流量、温度、压力参数的测量和控制,具有非线性、强耦合、多变量和大滞后的特点。介绍了微型三容水箱系统结构设计原理,系统硬件和软件设计。给出了2种典型的液位控制算法,并进行了实验验证。该实验系统仿真与实体实验结合,可以实现远程控制,具有结构紧凑、扩展性强、性价比高的优点,可以用于自动控制原理和计算机控制技术等相关课程的设计性和创新性实验教学。
Three-tank is often used to simulate the industrial process of the liquid level, flow, temperature, pressure measurement and control parameters, with nonlinear, strong coupling, multivariate and large lag characteristics. The structure design principle, system hardware and software design of miniature three-tank system are introduced. Two typical liquid level control algorithms are given and verified by experiments. The experimental system simulation combined with real experiment can achieve remote control, has the advantages of compact structure, strong expansibility and high cost performance, and can be used in the design and innovative experiment teaching of related courses such as automatic control principle and computer control technology.
