南京是我国的东南重镇,是中国东南部最重要的小食品集散地和食品自由批发市场。自2009年新食品安全法颁布以来,南京的食品市场状况发生了较大的改变。本文基于对南京市食品市场现状调查研究的基础上,探讨了《食品安全法》在南京市的贯彻与落实情况,以期为规范南京食品市场、促进新食品安全法对南京食品市场的约束力而献计献策。
Nanjing is the southeast city of China and the most important small food distribution center and free food wholesale market in southeastern China. Since the promulgation of the new Food Safety Law in 2009, the food market in Nanjing has undergone major changes. Based on the investigation of the current situation of Nanjing’s food market, this paper discusses the implementation and implementation of the “Food Safety Law” in Nanjing, in order to regulate the Nanjing food market and promote the binding of the new Food Safety Law to Nanjing’s food market.
