目的:探讨防御素(defensinβ1)在原发性干燥综合征(Primary Sjogrens′s Syndrome,PSS)发病过程中的作用及意义。方法:采用免疫组化SABC法检测55例PSS患者、30例正常对照组唇腺中defensinβ1表达及分布情况。结果:defensinβ1在PSS组的表达明显低于正常对照组(P<0.01),并随淋巴细胞浸润灶数的增加,表达呈递减趋势。PSS患者唇腺组织中defensinβ1的表达在SSA阳性组低于SSA阴性组(P<0.01)。结论:defensinβ1在PSS患者唇腺组织中存在异常表达,参与了唇腺病变。
Objective: To investigate the role and significance of defensin β1 in the pathogenesis of primary Sjogrens’ Syndrome (PSS). Methods: Immunohistochemical SABC method was used to detect the expression and distribution of defensinβ1 in labial glands of 55 patients with PSS and 30 normal controls. Results: The expression of defensin β1 in PSS group was significantly lower than that in normal control group (P <0.01). The expression of defensin β1 decreased with the increase of lymphocyte infiltration number. The expression of defensinβ1 in the labial gland of PSS patients was lower in SSA-positive group than in SSA-negative group (P <0.01). Conclusion: defensinβ1 is abnormally expressed in the labial gland of patients with PSS and is involved in the process of labial glandular adenopathy.
