目的了解中学生应急救护知识普及和需求情况,为中学生开展救护知识普及提供依据。方法自行设计调查问卷,对辖区1707名中学生开展问卷调查。所获数据用SPSS 13.0软件进行统计分析。结果心肺复苏知识知晓率为9.84%,交通事故求助电话知晓率及放射性事故救护知识知晓率均低于25%,学校安全通道知晓率达53.54%;地震、洪灾和火灾应急救护知识知晓率均大于60%。学生救护知识的获得主要来自学校,63.15%的学生希望学校开设救护知识普及课程。知识知晓率和行为形成率在文化程度方面的差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。知识知晓率在性别方面的差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),行为形成率在性别方面差异无统计学意义(P﹥0.05)。结论为提高学生自救互救能力,普及救护知识势在必行。
Objective To understand the popularization and demand of emergency and ambulance knowledge for middle school students and provide basis for popularizing ambulance knowledge among middle school students. Methods The questionnaire was designed by ourselves and a questionnaire survey was conducted among 1707 middle school students in the area. The data obtained by SPSS 13.0 software for statistical analysis. Results The awareness rate of cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) was 9.84%. The rates of awareness of accident and distress calls were lower than 25% and 53.54% respectively. The awareness rates of earthquake, flood and fire emergency ambulance were all greater than 60%. Student ambulance knowledge was mainly obtained from schools, and 63.15% of the students wanted the schools to offer ambulance knowledge popularization courses. There were significant differences in educational attainment rate and knowledge awareness rate (P <0.05). There was statistically significant difference in gender awareness between knowledge awareness rate (P <0.01) and gender differences in behavior formation rate (P> 0.05). Conclusion In order to improve students’ self-help and mutual aid ability, popularizing ambulance knowledge is imperative.
