用XPS分别检测了在相对湿度 60 %~ 75 %的室温环境下存放 60d、10 0 %湿度环境下存放 45d以及在 430℃高温加热 1h的离子束辅助沉积MoS2 Ag复合膜中的Mo与S元素的电子结构 .发现在 10 0 %的湿度和 430℃高温环境下 ,MoS2 Ag复合膜的抗氧化特性远优于同条件沉积的纯MoS2 膜 .结合XRD对MoS2 Ag膜的分析 ,讨论了这种膜抗氧化性能提高的可能机制 .
