仪陇县就业局、县工业园区管委会充分利用外地务工人员大量返乡有利时机,先后在各乡镇开展了“春风行动暨工业园区企业现场招聘会”、“就业援助暨失地农民专场招聘会”等20余场大型招聘活动,在短短的2个月时间里,为园区企业招聘员工1800余人,有效解决了企业“用工荒”难题。县人社局还主动为企业新进员工免费进行培训,帮助员工尽快适应新岗位。
The Yilong County Employment Bureau and the County Industrial Park Administrative Committee made full use of the opportunity of returning a large number of migrant workers in large numbers in succession and successively held “Spring Breeze Recruitment Activities for Enterprises and Enterprises in the Industrial Park” in all towns and townships, and “Employment Assistance and Landless Peasants Special job fairs ”and so on more than 20 large-scale recruitment activities, in just two months time, more than 1,800 employees hired for the park enterprises, effectively solve the“ labor shortage ”problem. County Bureau of Social Council also take the initiative to provide free training for new employees to help employees adapt to new positions as soon as possible.
