目的探讨妊娠前干预在社区卫生服务中的应用。方法选取在兴围社区检查时确诊为正常妊娠的妇女,录入深圳市妇幼保健信息管理系统,做好孕期健康教育。结果妊娠妇女均定期产检,并顺利完成了怀孕和分娩的过程。结论妊娠前干预能提高社区居民的满意率,帮助妊娠妇女顺利度过妊娠期,社区卫生服务在此领域可大有作为。
Objective To explore the application of pre-pregnancy intervention in community health services. Methods Selected women who were diagnosed as normal pregnancy in Hing Wai Community were enrolled in Shenzhen Maternal and Child Health Information Management System and did a good job of health education during pregnancy. Results Pregnant women were regular inspection, and successfully completed the pregnancy and childbirth process. Conclusion Pre-pregnancy intervention can improve the satisfaction rate of community residents, help pregnant women successfully go through pregnancy, community health services can do a great job in this area.
