江苏省铜山县地处江苏省北部苏鲁豫皖交界处,人口流动频繁,防病任务较重。为加强手足口病防控工作,卫生部从2008年5月2日开始将其列入丙类传染病管理。笔者对2009年铜山县手足口病疫情情况进行了流行病学分析,旨在为今后制订本地区手足口病防控措施提供科学依据,结果报告如下。
Tongshan County, Jiangsu Province, Jiangsu Province is located in northern Sulu Yu-wan junction, frequent population movements, prevention and treatment tasks heavier. In order to strengthen prevention and control of hand, foot and mouth disease, the Ministry of Health started to include it in the management of Category C infectious diseases from 2 May 2008. The author of epidemic situation of hand, foot and mouth disease in Tongshan County in 2009 conducted an epidemiological analysis, which aims to provide a scientific basis for the future development of prevention and control measures of hand, foot and mouth disease in the region. The results are reported as follows.
