一、概述节能是注塑机研究和发展的方向。液压系统的能耗约占整机能耗的80%,液压泵的能耗约占总能耗的55%。注塑机的节能,主要是液压系统的能耗降低。节能的液压系统,主要要有节能的液压泵和节能的控制性能。本文通过对常规使用的几种泵源回路能耗的粗略计算,将由负载敏感泵组成的系统能耗与普通传统液压系统的能耗进行比较,说明负载敏感泵的功率适应系统是先进的节能液压系统;简略介绍了功率适应系统的应用的几种型式。最后,通过对由负载敏感泵组成液压系统的SZ-150/100省能、高性能注塑机实际使用节能的效果。
First, an overview of energy-saving injection molding machine is the direction of research and development. Hydraulic system energy consumption accounts for about 80% of the total energy consumption, hydraulic pump energy consumption accounts for about 55% of total energy consumption. This paper compares the energy consumption of the traditional hydraulic system with the power consumption of the conventional hydraulic system by roughly calculating the energy consumption of several commonly used pump circuits, which shows that the load-sensitive pump’s power conditioning system is an advanced energy-saving hydraulic System; briefly introduces several types of applications of power conditioning systems. Finally, the SZ-150/100 energy-saving, high-performance injection molding machine is used to actually save energy by combining a load-sensitive pump with a hydraulic system.
