农业机械推广许可证制度从1983年实施以来,对我国农业机械化事业的健康发展起到积极的保障和促进作用。随着农机鉴定工作逐步与国际接轨,以ISO9000系列标准为基础的农机产品质量认证已经展开,在目前我国农机工业企业管理、技术水平参差不齐的情况下,如何更好地开展农机推广许可证工作和农机产品质量认证工作,是时代给我们提出的新课题。
