监控优秀短道速滑运动员承受训练负荷后的身体反应状态,对提高短道速滑项目科学化训练水平具有积极的指导作用。采用实验法和文献资料法对我国短道速滑队的优秀运动员进行了一系列的生理生化指标测定和分析。结果表明优秀短道速滑运动员在接受专项负荷刺激后,物质代谢和能量代谢、心血管与免疫系统、骨骼肌系统与组织损伤和内分泌系统等指标都会发生变化,机体的各项机能会产生一系列适应性的变化,并表现出明显的专项特征;优秀短道速滑运动员对负荷具有良好的适应能力,并表现出一系列生理生化指标的特征性变化。
Monitoring the physical reaction state of excellent short track skaters after training loads has a positive guiding role in improving the scientific training level of short track skating programs. A series of physiological and biochemical indexes were measured and analyzed for the elite athletes of China’s short track speed skating team by using the experimental method and literature method. The results show that, after receiving the special load stimulus, the excellent short-track skater will change the indexes of material metabolism and energy metabolism, cardiovascular and immune system, skeletal muscle system and tissue damage and endocrine system, and all the functions of the body will produce a Series of adaptive changes, and showed obvious special features; excellent short track skaters have a good adaptability to load, and showed a series of physiological and biochemical characteristics of the characteristic changes.
