双硫仑样反应,又称安塔布司(antabuse)反应,与双硫仑抑制了体内乙醛脱氢酶和多巴胺β醛化酶等有关,表现为颜面潮红、头痛、心悸、脉快、呼吸困难、血压下降、昏睡,严重者可死亡。笔者急诊收治1例双硫仑样反应并低钾血症,现报告如下。1临床资料患者男,63岁,因“全身潮红伴呼吸困难1小时”就诊。患者1小时前因腹泻自行服用“呋喃唑酮片”2片,并饮用白酒,10分钟后全身潮红,出现胸闷、呼吸困难、晕厥,后我院急
