目的:研究白花丹参的酚酸类化学成分。方法:采用大孔吸附树脂、硅胶柱层析、Sephadex LH-20和C18反相硅胶柱层析等色谱方法对白花丹参的化学成分进行分离,采用1D-NMR和2D-NMR、MS等波谱学方法,与文献数据分析比较,鉴定其结构。结果:从白花丹参水提取物分离得到10个酚酸类成分,分别为:5-羟甲基糠醛(1)、(E)-3,4’-二羟基茋(2)、丹酚酸B(3)、阿魏酸(4)、咖啡酸(5)、原儿茶酸(6)、原紫草酸单甲酯(7)、紫草酸单甲酯(8)、紫草酸二甲酯(9)、2,3-O-二-异阿魏酰基酒石酸(10)。结论:其中,化合物2、10为首次从鼠尾草属植物中分离得到,化合物1、2、4、7~10均为首次从白花丹参中分离得到。
Objective: To study the phenolic acids of Salvia miltiorrhiza. Methods: The chemical constituents of Salvia miltiorrhiza were separated by macroporous adsorption resin, silica gel column chromatography, Sephadex LH-20 and C18 reverse phase silica gel column chromatography. The chemical constituents of Salvia miltiorrhiza were separated by 1D-NMR, 2D-NMR, MS and other spectroscopy Method, compared with the literature data to identify its structure. Results: Ten phenolic acids were isolated from the aqueous extract of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bunge. They were 5-hydroxymethylfurfural (1), (E) -3,4’-dihydroxystilbene (2), salvianolic acid B (3) ferulic acid (4) caffeic acid (5) protocatechuic acid (6) protoorlabromide monomethyl ester (8) 9), 2,3-O-Di-isoaferredyltartaric acid (10). Conclusion: Compounds 2 and 10 were isolated from Salvia for the first time. Compounds 1, 2, 4, 7 and 10 were isolated from Salvia miltiorrhiza for the first time.
