为了探讨高温与香烟联合对胚胎的毒性和致畸作用 ,用高温 ( 40、4 1、4 2、4 3℃ )及香烟烟雾水溶物联合处理怀孕的大鼠。结果表明 ,高温与香烟联合可加强胚胎的致畸作用 ,并与温度、香烟浓度和高温持续时间明显相关 ,当持续 3分钟的高温与香烟联合 ,胚胎致畸率达 70 %以上 ,与单独高温组、单独给烟组有明显差异 (P >0 0 1 ) ,并具有协同效应。结果提示 ,持续高温与香烟联合有明显的胚胎毒性和致畸作用。
In order to investigate the toxic and teratogenic effects of high temperature combined with cigarette on embryos, pregnant rats were treated with high temperature (40,4 1,4 2,4 3 ℃) and cigarette smoke water soluble substance. The results showed that combination of high temperature and cigarette could enhance teratogenicity of embryos and was significantly correlated with temperature, cigarette concentration and duration of high temperature. When the combination of high temperature and cigarette for 3 minutes, the embryo’s teratogenic rate reached more than 70% Group alone, the smoke group were significantly different (P> 0 0 1), and has a synergistic effect. The results suggest that there is significant embryotoxicity and teratogenic effects in the combination of sustained high temperature with cigarette.
