三七叶总甙(Totalsaponinesof Leaf of paflaxnotoginseng,pNLTS)0.5~1mg/L抑制异丙肾上腺素加快豚鼠右心房自发频率的作用,能使量效反应曲线右移。pNLTS1mg/L也能抑制大鼠主动脉螺旋来由高K+去极化和去甲肾上腺素30nmol/L诱发收缩张力增加的作用。pNLTSImg/L与哌克昔林37.5umol/L作用相似,都有拮抗作用,能拮抗受体控制性钙通道(ROC)和电位依赖性钙通道(PDC),并证明PNLTS与派克昔林对内Ca2+,释放和外Ca2+内流诱发主动脉螺旋条的收缩都有抑制作用。
Totalsaponines of Leaf of paflaxnotoginseng (pNLTS) 0.5 ~ 1mg / L inhibits isoprenaline from accelerating the spontaneous frequency of right atrium in guinea pigs, which can shift the dose-response curve to the right. pNLTS 1 mg / L also inhibited the aortic spiral in rats induced by high K + depolarization and norepinephrine 30 nmol / L induced an increase in contractile tension. pNLTSImg / L had a similar antagonistic effect as pecticillin 37.5umol / L, which could antagonize receptor-controlled calcium channel (ROC) and potential-dependent calcium channel (PDC) Internal Ca2 + release and external Ca2 + influx induced contraction of aortic spirochetes are inhibited.
