三七叶总甙（Ｔｏｔａｌｓａｐｏｎｉｎｅｓｏｆ Ｌｅａｆ ｏｆ ｐａｆｌａｘｎｏｔｏｇｉｎｓｅｎｇ，ｐＮＬＴＳ）０．５～１ｍｇ／Ｌ抑制异丙肾上腺素加快豚鼠右心房自发频率的作用，能使量效反应曲线右移。ｐＮＬＴＳ１ｍｇ／Ｌ也能抑制大鼠主动脉螺旋来由高Ｋ＋去极化和去甲肾上腺素３０ｎｍｏｌ／Ｌ诱发收缩张力增加的作用。ｐＮＬＴＳＩｍｇ／Ｌ与哌克昔林３７．５ｕｍｏｌ／Ｌ作用相似，都有拮抗作用，能拮抗受体控制性钙通道（ＲＯＣ）和电位依赖性钙通道（ＰＤＣ），并证明ＰＮＬＴＳ与派克昔林对内Ｃａ２＋，释放和外Ｃａ２＋内流诱发主动脉螺旋条的收缩都有抑制作用。
