高校大学生党员跟进式教育管理工作是目前高校大学生党建工作中新理念,随着高校对新时期党建工作的重视,这一新的理念必将成为党建工作重要的组成部分。如何推进大学生党员跟进式教育管理模式,如何将新的创新精神理念用于促进和加强高校基层党组织建设,将是新时期高校党建工作的突破口。本文重点阐述大学生党员教育管理工作中跟进式教育管理模式的创新。
The follow-up education management of university student party members is a new concept in college party building at present. With the attention of colleges and universities in the party building in the new period, this new concept will surely become an important part of the party building. How to promote follow-up education and management model of undergraduates’ party members and how to use the new concept of innovation in promoting and strengthening the building of grass-roots party organizations in colleges and universities will be a breakthrough point for the party-building in colleges and universities in the new era. This article focuses on the innovation of follow-up education management in the education and management of college student party members.
