省直各参保单位、各定点医疗机构: 根据《黑龙江省省直机关单位实行国家公务员医疗补助暂行办法》(黑劳社发[2001]165号)的有关规定以及省直医保公务员医疗补助基金的运营情况,经研究,现将省直医保医疗照顾人员医疗待遇有关政策做相应的调整,特通知如下: 一、省直医保医疗照顾人员住院时可享受单独厅级干部病室待遇,对超出每房日标准以上部分的金额由公务员医疗补助基金补助95%。二、省直医保医疗照顾人员住院时所发生个人自付的医疗费用(不含特殊医用材料),经省医保中心审核后由公务员医疗补助基金补助95%。三、省直医保医疗照顾人员中患有十种慢性疾病的医疗费用每年超过最高支付限额规定的部分,
