网前击球技术有搓球、放网前球、推球、勾球等,均属于主动进攻技术,威胁性大,常能直接得分或者创造下一拍的进攻机会,是关键性技术。这些技术对击球力量和拍面击球角度的控制要求较高,必须掌握得恰到好处。击球主要靠身体前冲力、手臂、手腕和手指的力量来控制,而拍面击球角度主要靠手腕和手指来调整。控制能力强和落点准确,取决于击球技术、力量和拍面角度的准确控制。本期重点介绍网前技术中的搓球技术和放网前球技术。
