中外电影发展史告诉我们,在一部电影的摄制过程中,场记是一项极为重要和不可缺少的工作。可是近年来,在一些厂很难找到做场记工作的人。殊不知场记与导演的工作,紧密相联,场记工作的好坏,也直接影响到一部影片的质量。有的制片厂,不仅场记没有人当,就连当副导演也不甘心了,至少要联合导演才过瘾。这种情况,应该说是不正常的。这里,我们发表王洁同志《场记八年》一文,这篇文章小结了她从事场记工作的若干经验。我们认为,这些经验,只有从认真专心的工作中才能取得。王洁同志勤勤恳恳,专心致志,几十年如一日地工作。她的工作态度和成果,为上影同人所称道。我们认为,也很值得电影界某些不甘心于此项工作的同志们参考借鉴。同时,对于如何正确培养和使用场记和副导演,也应引起各制片厂的重视。
The history of the development of Chinese and foreign movies tells us that remembering is an extremely important and indispensable task in the filming process of a movie. However, in recent years, it is hard to find people who do field work in some factories. Her work attitude and achievements, as Shang Ying colleagues commendable. We think it is also worthy of reference from some comrades in the movie industry who are unwilling to do this work. At the same time, for how to properly train and use the field and deputy director, should also draw the attention of the studio.
