高职院校理实一体化教学模式给语文教学改革以有益启迪。高职语文教学应在传统语文教学的基础上更加贴近行业、专业、职业岗位需求,凸显职场需要的语文应用能力培养,更好地为学生求职、就业、创业与职业发展服务。根据高职语文教学如何体现职业教育特色,贴近人才培养目标和职场现实需要,提高教学效率与效果进行回顾与思考,提出改进思路与对策。
The Realistic and Integrated Teaching Mode in Higher Vocational Colleges Give Beneficial Enlightenment to Chinese Teaching Reform. On the basis of traditional Chinese teaching, the teaching of Chinese in higher vocational schools should be closer to the needs of the profession, professional and vocational positions, highlighting the application of language skills required by the workplace and better serving students’ employment, employment, entrepreneurship and career development. According to the teaching of higher vocational education how to reflect the characteristics of vocational education, close to the talent training objectives and the actual needs of the workplace to improve teaching efficiency and effectiveness of the review and reflection, and to improve ideas and countermeasures.
