近日,中国建筑“城市综合建设项目建筑信息模型(BIM)应用研究”、“建筑工程设计BIM集成应用研究”和“建筑工程施工BIM集成应用研究”三个课题通过验收。验收专家组对中国建筑的BIM技术应用研究成果给予高度评价,认为课题充分利用了中国建筑“四位一体”优势,通过典型工程在国内率先实现了“规划-设计-施工-运营”一体化BIM应用和集成化项目交付(Integrated Project Delivery,IPD)管理模式,在建筑全生命期实践了BIM价值;由中国建筑编写的企业标准《建筑工程设计BIM应用指南》和《建筑工程施工BIM应用指南》符
Recently, the three topics of China Construction “BIM Application Research on Urban Comprehensive Construction Project”, “BIM Integrated Application Research on Construction Engineering Design” and “BIM Integrated Application Research on Construction Engineering Construction” were approved.
