老年是一个完整人生必经的最后旅程。每个步入老年的人都会谋划自己老有所养、安享晚年的美好生活和人生归宿。特别是曾经有过辉煌成就的老干部,更是憧憬着能够继续保持受人尊重的社会地位,保持曾经享有的政治和物质待遇。然而,养老是需要成本的,在按劳分配的社会制度下,人们不在工作岗位或失去了劳动能力后获得生活资源,是需要社会和国家政策来保障的。作为从事国有企业老干部管理工作的笔者,试想对国有企业老干部的养老问题进行一些浅显的探析。
Elderly is the final journey to a complete life. Everyone who enters the elderly will plan his own old life, enjoy the good life in his later years, and end the life. In particular, veteran cadres who have had brilliant achievements have even looked forward to continuing to maintain respectable social status and maintaining the political and material treatment they once enjoyed. However, pension is costly. Under the social system of distribution according to work, it is necessary for social and state policies to safeguard people’s access to living resources when they are not at work or have lost their ability to work. As an author engaged in the management of veteran cadres in state-owned enterprises, I would like to make some brief analyzes on the issue of providing end-of-life for veteran cadres in state-owned enterprises.
