目的:评价硫辛酸与甲钴胺联用对糖尿病患者伴周围神经病变的临床疗效。方法:选取2014年9月—2016年9月期间收治的糖尿病伴周围神经病变患者90例;采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组45例和观察组45例;对照组患者给予甲钴胺片治疗,观察组患者在对照组基础上加用硫辛酸注射液治疗,评价治疗后两组患者总有效率和神经传导速度改善情况。结果:观察组患者治疗后的总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),正中神经、腓总神经的运动神经传导速度(MNCV)和感觉神经传导速度(SNCV)升高幅度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:采用硫辛酸与甲钴胺联用治疗糖尿病伴周围神经病变患者,从不同给药途径和靶点改善了糖尿病的周围神经损伤和神经传导速度,疗效更佳。
Objective: To evaluate the clinical efficacy of lipoic acid and mecobalamin in the treatment of diabetic patients with peripheral neuropathy. Methods: Ninety patients with diabetes mellitus and peripheral neuropathy were enrolled in the study from September 2014 to September 2016. The patients were divided into control group (n = 45) and observation group (n = 45) by random number table method. Patients in the control group were given methylcobalamin In the treatment group, the patients in the observation group were treated with lipoic acid injection on the basis of the control group, and the improvement of the total effective rate and the nerve conduction velocity in both groups after treatment were evaluated. Results: The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P <0.05). The increase rate of motor nerve conduction velocity (MNCV) and sensory nerve conduction velocity (SNCV) of the median nerve and common peroneal nerve was obviously higher than that of the control Group (P <0.05). Conclusion: The combination of lipoic acid and mecobalamin in the treatment of diabetic patients with peripheral neuropathy, from different routes of administration and target to improve the diabetic peripheral nerve injury and nerve conduction velocity, better effect.
