针对油炸鱼豆腐外观质量检测仍停留在靠人工进行识别判断的现状,研究了利用机器视觉技术检测油炸鱼豆腐外观质量的方法。油炸鱼豆腐外观质量检测主要包括颜色和形状两个方面,在颜色检测中利用RGB空间中的B分量均值来判定油炸鱼豆腐颜色外观是否合格,在形状检测中利用前景目标的面积、周长来判定油炸鱼豆腐的形状外观是否合格。试验结果表明:该方法能够实现油炸鱼豆腐质量外观检测。
