“权利与义务”是《思想品德课程标准(2011版)》(以下简称“《标准》”)第二部分“我与他人和集体”中的第三板块内容。“我与他人和集体”共由三部分内容组成,即“交往与沟通”“在集体中成长”和“权利与义务”。前两部分从心理和道德的角度阐述“我与他人和集体”的关系,“权利与义务”则从法律的角度阐述如何正确处理“我与他人和集体”的关系。本部分的课程内容有五项,活动建议三项,具体见右表。一、准确理解课程内容,把握教学重点《标准》与2003版《思想品德课程标准
