利用IR36//Akihikari/Woaiga三交群体对云南水稻品种窝爱嗄的广亲和性进行了遗传分析.在遮光处理条件下,发现群体内不同个体的小穗育性有着明显的分离,且呈现双峰连续分布.表明在三交群体中,小穗育性由一对主基因控制,并存在其它的微效基因的修饰作用.同时发现,单株小穗育性与稃尖色存在连锁关系,推测在窝爱嗄中可能携带有广亲和基因Sn5.并讨论了遮光处理和测验种的选用对广亲和基因分析的影响
A genetic analysis of the wide compatibility of Yunnan rice cultivars was conducted using the IR36 // Akihikari / Woaiga triad. Under light-shading conditions, spikelet fertility of different individuals in the population was significantly separated and showed a continuous bimodal distribution. The results showed that in three cross population, spikelet fertility was controlled by one pair of major genes, and other minor gene modifications existed. At the same time, it was found that there was a linkage between the spikelet fertility and the spikelet color. The effects of shading treatment and test species selection on wide-compatibility gene analysis were also discussed
