为认真落实毛主席关于“绿化祖国”、“实行大地园林化”的伟大号召,保护好现有森林资源,彻底消灭松毛虫,经省农林局同意,唐山地区林业局于6月份在迁西、遵化、丰润三县进行了飞机喷洒白僵菌、松毛虫杆菌防治松毛虫的试验。这次试验共计29天,实际飞行173架次,完成防治面积82652亩,共用农药82吨。根据标准地调查,总平均杀虫率98.46％。
