近年来,办公建筑能耗呈日益增加趋势,节能改造成为建筑节能减排的重要手段之一。文章以夏热冷暖地区某商业办公建筑节能改造项目为案例,通过分析建筑当前的用能水平,以及对各分项用能设备的用能问题进行诊断,采用较适宜的节能措施对其综合改造,并提出改造后节能量的核定和修正方法,为该区域同类型公共建筑实施节能改造和节能量核定提供参考。
In recent years, the energy consumption of office buildings is increasing, and energy-saving renovation has become one of the important means of building energy-saving and emission reduction. Taking a commercial office building energy-saving retrofit project in summer hot and cold area as an example, the article analyzes the current energy-using level of the building and diagnoses the energy-using problems of each sub-energy-consuming equipment, and adopts the more appropriate energy-saving measures to comprehensively reform , And put forward the method of verification and revision of the energy saving after the renovation so as to provide reference for the implementation of energy conservation retrofitting and energy conservation verification for the same type of public buildings in the region.
