患者仇××女 22岁农民住院号15725于1988年3月24日入院。4天前全身不适,无力,畏寒发热,两上肢酸痛,恶心呕吐。病后第二天神志不清,小便失禁。以后,神志逐渐清醒,左眼失明。全身检查:神志清楚,急性重病容。体温38.4℃,脉搏86次/分,血压14.6.10/6kpa(110/80mmHg)。浅表淋巴结不肿大,两腋前区和两上臂皮肤有散在出血点,压之不褪色。颈项抵抗,kernig 氏征阳性。心
