Ni的含量对TiC基复合陶瓷材料微观组织及力学性能的影响

金属烧结剂选择Ni和Co,采用真空热压烧结技术,在1500℃下制备了TiC基复合陶瓷材料。研究了该复合材料的微观组织和力学性能。结果表明:随着Ni含量的增加,该材料微观组织中的缺陷先减少后增多,硬度、抗弯强度和断裂韧度先增大后减小;当Ni含量为10 wt%时,微观组织好、力学性能良好,此时该材料的硬度为(18.2±0.6)GPa,抗弯强度为(955.7±11.2)MPa,断裂韧性为(13.5±0.3)MPa·m~(1/2)。

Ni and Co were selected as metal sintering agent, and TiC-based composite ceramics were prepared at 1500 ℃ by vacuum hot-pressing sintering. The microstructure and mechanical properties of the composites were studied. The results show that with the increase of Ni content, the defects in the microstructure first decrease and then increase, and the hardness, flexural strength and fracture toughness first increase and then decrease; when the Ni content is 10 wt%, the microstructure is good The hardness of the material is (18.2 ± 0.6) GPa, the flexural strength is (955.7 ± 11.2) MPa and the fracture toughness is (13.5 ± 0.3) MPa · m ~ (1/2).
