目的观察头痛宁胶囊加西比灵胶囊治疗偏头痛的疗效。方法将102例偏头痛患者随机分为治疗组52例和对照组各50例,治疗组口服步长头痛宁胶囊3粒/次,3次/d,加西比灵胶囊10mg,睡前顿服;对照组睡前顿服西比灵10mg,两组均连用2个月,观察疗效。结果治疗组总有效率90.4%,对照组总有效率72.0%,两组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论头痛宁胶囊加西比灵胶囊治疗偏头痛的疗效明显优于对照组西比灵胶囊的疗效。
Objective To observe the curative effect of TouTongNing capsule plus XiBiLing capsule on migraine. Methods A total of 102 patients with migraine were randomly divided into treatment group (n = 52) and control group (n = 50). The treatment group was given oral Tangtongning Capsule 3 capsules / time 3 times / d, Control group before bedtime serving Sibelium 10mg, two groups were used in 2 months, observe the effect. Results The total effective rate was 90.4% in the treatment group and 72.0% in the control group. There was significant difference between the two groups in the total effective rate (P <0.05). Conclusion The curative effect of Tongtongning Capsules plus Sibelium Capsule on migraine is better than that of the control group.
