为了实現以农业为基础各行各业都来大力支援农业的方針,我們除了一面积极参加劳动生产外,在工作中用了深入实际、館社挂钩、根据需要、主动提供利用的工作方法,以便更有力地为农业生产服务。自县委提出要参加支援农业生产第一綫以后,我們依据工作情况进行了研究,决定深入下去和社队挂起鈎来,了解农业生产中的主要問題与当前的中心任务。除經常到城关公社外,从七月二十号到八月十号为止,館內由两人先后深入到城关公社西水洋管区、路河管区等参加劳动。在休息和夜間与干群进行座談时,了解了农村存在的主要問題是劳力不足,工具落后,并发現有虫害浸食庄稼等問題。我們和工具改革办公室利用农具图譜寻找
