SHMJ:这幅小稿是在描绘海军最先进潜艇系统吗?秦文清:不是目前最先进的,这幅小稿反映的是1982第一次潜射导弹发射成功,它意味着我军陆地核力量被摧毁后,仍然保留海下核反击的能力,有了第二次还手的能力,战略上的威慑,迫使对方不能轻易出手。这次成功试射在西方引发的新闻震动不亚于中国第一次爆炸原子弹,属于当时重大新闻。现在军事博物馆新馆成立又要设一个军事艺术馆,我正加紧完成这幅作品。SHMJ:您画室里面摆放的这些风景都是最近写生吗?秦文清:有些是去年在山东画的,还有一些是今年在澳大利亚画的。今年中澳建交40年组织的活动,其实我个人画军事题材多一些,风景写生是间歇的画一画,参加一些社会活动,学术交流,平时大量的时间还是关在画室里面进行历史画、军事画的创作。这幅大的作品描绘的是西柏坡七届二中全会的场景,已经展出过了。部队画家每年都有创作任务,军事题材创作也好,风景写生也好,民俗风
