在润滑数值模型的基础上,通过计算得出压室和冲头在不同间隙下的载荷,研究了在不同载荷和润滑剂下的摩擦特性。结果表明,在定载荷下,冲头润滑油具有较好的润滑性能,对磨副间的摩擦因数为0.16,且变化幅度较小。在美孚齿轮油作用下,随着载荷的增大,由于摩擦副间形成了良好的润滑油膜,摩擦因数从0.43降到0.07,而且试验值和数值模型值间的误差保持在10%之内,证明了试验方案的合理性。
On the basis of the lubrication numerical model, the load of the pressure chamber and the punch under different clearances is calculated, and the friction characteristics under different loads and lubricants are studied.
