以《中共中央国务院关于加速科学技术进步的决定》为指导,并根据《中国科学院“九五”期间自然科学期刊发展计划》关于提高质量,使更多的期刊成为有影响的国际性期刊的发展目标,我们试图通过中外科技期刊的对比分析,找出中国科技期刊的努力方向,从而进一步探讨国内期刊走向国际的途径、方法以及应采取的措施。
Guided by the “Decision of the State Council of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council on Accelerating the Progress of Science and Technology” and in accordance with the “Plan for the Development of Natural Science Journals during the Period of the Ninth Five-Year Plan” of the Chinese Academy of Sciences on Improving Quality and Making More Journals into Influential Journals We try to find out the direction of the Chinese sci-tech periodicals through the comparative analysis of Chinese and foreign sci-tech periodicals, so as to further explore the ways, methods and measures to be taken by domestic periodicals going international.
