本研究通过实际调查的方式,分析了河北省普通高校“阳光体育运动”的开展情况,并根据调查结果提出高校“阳光体育运动”的实时监控和实效性评价的重要性及相关的实施策略,望能够为“阳光体育运动”的持久执行提供可行性参考意见。
