目的探讨口底皮样和表皮样囊肿与周围正常组织间“潜在间隙”的存在及其临床意义。方法对32例口底皮样和表皮样囊肿患者行摘除术。结果 32例手术均顺利完成,无并发症。结论在口底皮样与表皮样囊肿的囊壁与周围正常组织间存在潜在的间隙,在此间隙施行指法剥离术,手术更安全可靠,基本无出血,可缩短手术时间,并发症较少。
Objective To investigate the existence of “potential gap” between oral dermoid and epidermoid cysts and surrounding normal tissues and their clinical significance. Methods 32 cases of oral dermoid and epidermoid cyst were enucleated. Results 32 cases were successfully completed without complications. Conclusions There is a potential gap between the wall of the mouth dermoid epidermoid cyst and the surrounding normal tissue. Finger stripping surgery is performed in this gap. The operation is safer and more reliable, with almost no bleeding, which can shorten the operation time and reduce the complications.
