矿井装运机是一种装、运、卸联合设备,具有功率大、机动性高、用人少、成本低等一系列优点,使生产效率得到成倍增长。在许多国家,它已成为地下矿山当前对旧的生产工艺进行技术改造,实现机械化无轨开采的一项重要内容,并得到推广。本文系摘译苏联1976年出版的《矿井装运机》一书的部分内容,主要是介绍一些国家矿井装运机的类型以及它们在地下采掘作业中的使用情况。在我国,对装、运、卸联合设备习惯上分两类:一类带有铲斗和车箱,用铲斗将矿岩装入车箱运走,称装运机;一类则不带车箱,而以铲斗兼作运输容器,称铲运机。在苏联,对上述两类型式一般分别称作“车箱式装运机”(或有车箱装运机)及“铲斗式装运机”,统称“装运机”,所以本文内仍使用原书中的“装运机”一词。
Mine loader is a loading, shipping and unloading equipment, with a large power, high mobility, less personnel, low cost and a series of advantages, so that production efficiency has doubled. In China, the loading, unloading and unloading of equipment are usually divided into two categories: one with a bucket and a box with a bucket to transport the rock into the trunk and transport it away, said the loader; one without the trunk, and Bucket double as a transport container, said scraper. In the Soviet Union, the above two types are generally referred to as “box-type loader” (or a car-loader) and “bucket-type loader”, collectively referred to as “loader”, so this article still use the original book The word “loader”.
