监察机关要认真贯彻依法治国和依法行政要求,进一步提高依法监察意识,牢固树立依法监察理念,做到依法监察、依法执纪、依法办案。依法行政是现代政治文明的重要标志,也是建设法治政府的核心,对于实现依法治国基本方略具有决定性意义,全面推进依法行政,是当前各级政府面临的一项紧迫而重要的任务。监察机关作为政府内部专司行政监督的职能部门,要认真履行法律赋予的职责,完善行政监察规章制度、拓展工作领域、规范工作流程、公开工作过程,坚持依法监察,为推进依法行政、建设法治政府提供有力保证、发挥重要作用。
