为了解决水射流蓄能器筒体因承受高压而屈服失效的问题,采用了预应力复合结构设计,并运用等强度理论,确定了蓄能器复合筒体的内筒、外筒半径,分层半径及最佳过盈量等相关参数。然后利用ANSYS对该筒体模型进行有限元分析,通过路径提取的方法,得到了仿真模型沿壁厚有效节点的等效应力值,并得到了不同内压时的等效应力沿壁厚方向的分布曲线。由仿真结果可知,筒体设计参数满足预期强度要求。
