食品卫生监督工作关系到经济发展和社会稳定的大局,在国民经济和社会发展中具有独特的地位,发挥着不可缺少、不可替代的作用。但是。我国的食品生产经营与食品卫生监督工作目前的现状仍然令人十分担忧。笔者针对我国目前食品卫生监督工作中存在的主要问题及对策发表一些个人浅见。
