创新是一个民族进步的源泉和不竭的动力,因此,在建筑施工管理的过程中也必须要创新观念创新举措,才能够促进我国建筑施工绿色发展,促进我国建筑业发展更加的科学、有序、可持续。尤其是面对当下建筑施工管理的不足以及施工过程中的浪费现象比较严重等问题,必须要创新管理理念,坚持绿色施工,才能够开展我国建筑业发展的新局面。因此,本文主要对建筑施工管理创新及绿色施工管理展开研究。
